What are Fillers?

Fillers are synthetic substitutes of collagen, designed to occupy volume and space in the injected area. They are produced from synthetic collagen (derived from cows) hyaluronic acid (HA) or hyaluronic acid with a mixture of plastic or bone particles for a more lasting effect. Fillers can also be used to augment lips or add fullness to the cheeks.
