Hypoxi Therapy

What is Hypoxi Therapy?

Hypoxi Therapy is a revolutionary new system that enhances your workout regime by subjecting your body to pressurized conditions during the course of your exercise. You will be performing cardiovascular exercises (such as biking) in a vacuum environment, which can dramatically improve the results achieved. It is suitable for toning muscles and reducing stubborn fats in the lower region that would otherwise be difficult to control.

Is Hypoxi Training only for Ladies?

No. Hypoxi Therapy is suitable for both men and women.


What clothing should I bring with me?

Comfortable track suit bottoms, a t-shirt with sleeves, socks and trainers. A cleaning area is available to you after your hypoxi session.


How much time do I need?

A minimun of 30 minutes is usually required per session.

Best results for shaping your body are achieved by doing 3 training sessions per week.

Should I follow special nutrition or not?

On the Hypoxi-Training-Days:

Remember sufficient liquid intake (about 2-3 litres of water or tea, with
0 calories, i.e. Herbal Tea)

Before Hypoxi-Training:

About 1 ¨C 4 hours before the training, you should take meals based on carbohydrates (preferably wholegrain products)

After Hypoxi-Training:

Avoid carbohydrates (such as bread, rice etc) for the next 8 hours. Meals based on proteins should be preferred, combined with vegetables and salad.

On non Hypoxi Training-Days:

Avoid sugar, alcohol, and avoid foods that are high in fat content.
Only eat foods that have high quality nutrients. Drink 2-3 litres of water or drink with 0 calories (i.e. Herbal Tea, ..)


Should I exercise (do other sports) in addition?

On the Hypoxi Training Day:

No sports activities should be performed on the same day as Hypoxi, particularly sports after Hypoxi, as it will shorten the after effect of Hypoxi. If you need take to perform sport activities on the same day as Hypoxi, it should be performed at least 4 hours before Hypoxi Training and should be done in moderation.

The days between Hypoxi Training:

Cardio, weight training and all sports are allowed.

When will I see (get) the first results in shaping?

With the Hypoxi training devices you are basically concentrating the fat-loss at your problem areas. Each kilogram of bodyweight you lose results in 1 cm of circumference loss per thigh if that is your problem area. Depending on your personal predisposition that loss is almost 3 times more than without Hypoxi Training. Similar results will be achieved on your stomach, if that is your problem area. In 5 ¨C 6 weeks it should be one size smaller.

The whole period of the Hypoxi Therapy is depending on the initial condition and your personal expectations. Most of our customers will reach their expectations during
1 - 3 month.

Hypoxi Therapy is not allowed for individuals with:

For persons with serious illnesses of the:
- Heart or circulation system
- the blood vessels
- the metabolism
- the bones and muscles

Hypoxi Training is not suitable for individuals with:

- Pregnancy
- Inflammations and infections
- any Pain

Precondition - if mild bike training is allowed!


After pregnancy when is it possible to restart Hypoxi training?

After 6 weeks (normal birth) , if your gynecologist allows mild bike training After a Caesarean you should wait 2 months and then only if your gynecologist allows mild bike training you can start.

Can I perform Hypoxi if I am breast feeding?

Hypoxi Training with our current Hypoxi model is possible.


My training sessions are late in the evening, is it necessary to eat?

No, if you have had enough nutrients (also proteins) during the day then you do not need to eat anything late. If you cancel the meal completely your body will have a very high post exercise energy consumption. It is important to ensure that the body has got enough liquids (0 calories).
